Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "EMPLASTRO DE MATRIZ ADESIVA SENSÍVEL À PRESSÃO PARA LIBERAÇÃO TRANSDÉRMICA DE SAIS DE AGENTES FARMACÊUTICOS ". É também descrito um método de liberar transdermicamente ou transmucosamente uma forma de sal hidrofílica de uma droga com um emplastro de matriz adesiva hidrofóbica sensível à pressão, baseado em água, opcionalmente contento um intensificador de permeação. Um emplastro de matriz (10) compreendendo um adesivo hidrofóbico sensível à pressão baseado em água (14), uma forma de sal hidrofílica de uma droga, e opcionalmente um intensificador de permeação para liberação transdérmica ou transmucosal da forma de sal hidrofilica da droga.
