Abstract
Patente de Invenção "PROCESSO PARA IMPRIMIR UM DESENHO USANDO SÓLIDOS DE TINTA SENSÍVEIS AO CALOR E UM REVESTIMENTO DE SUPERFÍCIE POLIMÉRICO, E, SUBSTRATO IMPRESSO". Um imagem é permanentemente transferida para um substrato tendo um componente de algodão, ou outro componente que é absorvente ou poroso, a apartir de um meio impresso com a imagem pela impressora comandada por computador. Um material de preparação de superfície polimérico e uma tinta são transferidos pela impressora para o meio a partir de uma fita ou composição de tinta contendo a tinta e o material de preparação de superfície, sem ativar o material de preparação de superfície. A imagem é transferida do meio para o substrato por aplicação de pressão e calor suficientes ao meio para transferir a tinta e o material de preparação de superfície, com o material de preparação de superfície ligando a tinta ao substrato.
