Abstract
Patente de Invenção "ELEMENTO AGLUTINÁVEL DE FIXAÇÃO PARA MANTER PEÇAS ESTRUTURAIS OU FUNCIONAIS SOBRE PEÇAS SUSTENTADORAS" . O elemento aglutinável de fixação serve para manter peças estruturais ou funcionais sobre peças sustentadoras essencioalmente planas. Ele consiste de uma área funcional adesiva, para o estabelecimento e uma união de colagem com a superfície de peça sustentadora (8), e de pelo menos uma outra área retentiva (2), para o estabelecimento de uniões, com fecho devido à forma ou à força, com a peça estrutural. A área funcional adesiva apresenta uma superfície adesiva (1) que está munida com uma cola fundível reativa (7) endurecível e/ou umedecível, a qual é seca em temperatura até 80°C, isto é, está configurada resistentemente a desgate e não aderentemente e, por meio da alimentação de energia térmica ou outra, 3e reativável para o estabelecimento de uma união de colagem duradora feito em tempo curtíssimo. Para este fim, a cola fundível está constituída na base de aglutinanates espinais específicos que, de acordo com mecanismos de reação de polimerização, de poliadição e/ou de policondensação, fazem presa e endurecem.
