Refere-se a presente invenção a um processo de calcinação de minériso, concentrados, argilas e outros materiais granulares, por meio de gases aquecidos em um sistema de transporte pneumático, com uso de ciclones coletores, de modo a criar um sistema que funcione em contra corrente, possibilitando desse modo um alto rendimento térmico.
