Patente de Invenção de "APARELHO RECOLHEDOR DE GORDURA A PARTIR DE VAPOR", compreendendo uma coifa (6) configurada de vapor de gordura, tendo uma calha (7) interna periférica, recolhedora de excesso de gordura, o vapor de gordura liberado pelos alimentos em processo de cocção passando por (8), na coifa (6), e sendo submetidos a balho de cortina d'água (9), por chuveiro (2), onde o vapor gorduroso é incorporado à água, escorrendo pela parede (10) e caindo num tanque (5) recolhedor de gordura, onde a gordura é retirada tricando-se o líquido todo, ou absorvendo-se a gordura mediante tecido absorvente.
