Abstract
Sistema emulsificante constituído: - de pelo menos um agente tenso-ativo (AT) escolhido entre os triglicerídeos em C~ 8~-C~ 22~, os ácidos graxos em C~ 8~-C~ 22~ eventualmente etoxilados e os álcoois graxos em C~ 8~-C~ 22~, eventualmente etoxilados; - e de um agente co-tenso-ativo (CT), constituído por um dialquilsulfossuccinato (DSS) de metal alcalino ou alcalino-terroso ou por uma mistura de dialquilsulfossuccinato (DSS) e de pelo menos um outro agente co-tenso-ativo (ACT) escolhido entre os hemisulfossuccinatos, os sucroglicerídeos e os ésteres de sorbitano derivados de ácidos graxos; de acordo com uma proporção ponderal agente tenso-ativo (AT)/agente cotensoativo (CT) da ordem de 90-80/10-20. Concentrado emulsificável de óleos vegetais compreendendo da ordem de 75 a 90% em peso de um óleo vegetal (H) e da ordem de 25 a 10% em peso do dito sistema emulsificante.
