Compreende a presente invenção a um conversor de tensão, que substitui o transformador de corrente, contendo um núcleo de ferrite em forma de "C" (1) com enrolamentos do primário (2) e do secundário (3), enrolados no sentido horário e em carreteis de plástico (4 e 5), sendo a parte externa do enrolamento do secundário conectada ao terra para fornecer blindagem.
