Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "MÉTODO PARA A METALIZAÇÃO PARCIAL DE UM SUBSTRATO". Um processo para a metalização seletiva de um substrato (10) e o produto formado a partir do mesmo. Um revestimento extremamente fino (substancialmente menor do que o comprimento de onda da luz) de partículas metálicas é depositado sobre um agente de transferência. Um fino revestimento de verniz (40) é seletivamente aplicado tanto ao substrato (10) quanto ao agente de transferência, o substrato (10) ou agente de transferência sendo laminados juntos e o verniz (40) sendo curado. As partículas metálicas ficam absorvidas dentro do verniz (40) e o substrato (10) e o agente de transferência são então separados. O substrato (10) é provido com um acabamento metálico espetacular polido com um acabamento metálico espetacular polido em áreas predeterminadas.
