Patente de Invenção: "REAGENTE PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE PRODUTO RADIOFARMACÊUTICO, CONJUNTOS, PRODUTOS RADIOFARMACÊUTICOS, MÉTODOS PARA VISUALIZAR OS LOCAIS DE DEPOSIÇÃO DAS PLAQUETAS, COMPOSTOS RADIO-ROTULADOS, COMPOSIÇÃO RADIOFARMACÊUTICA, MÉTODO PARA DETERMINAR A DEPOSIÇÃO DAS PLAQUETAS E MÉTODO PARA DIAGNOSTICAR UM DISTÚRBIO". A presente invenção trata de novas composições radiofarmacêuticas que são compostos cíclicos rádio-rotulados contendo sistemas de anéis carbocíclicos ou heterocíclicos que agem como antagonistas do complexo IIb/IIa de glicoprotína de plaqueta. A presente invenção também trata de métodos de uso de ditos radiofarmacêuticos como agentes de imagem para o diagnóstico de trombose arterial ou venosa. A presente invenção também trata de novos reagentes para a preparação de ditos radiofarmacêuticos e de conjuntos compreendendo ditos reagentes.
