Abstract
"REAGENTE PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE UM RADIOFARMACÊUTICO, KIT PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE UM RADIOFARMACÊUTICO, COMPOSTO DE HIDRAZONA ESTÁVEL". A presente invenção oferece novos reagentes para a preparação de produtos radiofarmacêuticos que são úteis como agentes criadores de imagem para o diagnóstico de desordens cardiovasculares, infecções, inflamações e câncer, jogos de diagnóstico compreendendo tais reagentes e compostos intermediários úteis para a preparação dos mesmos. Os reagentes são compostos de moléculas estáveis bilogicamente ativas, modificadas de hidrazona, que reagem com radioisótopos emissores de raios gama, para formar produtos radiofarmacêuticos que se localizam seletivamente nos pontos da doença, permitindo que se obtenha uma imagem dos pontos através de cintilografia gama.
