Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "Ferramentas de fixação aperfeiçoadas". A máquina de fixação (1) possui um guia de bloco (11), com uma passagem de entrega de rebites (12). Os rebites (17) são fornecidos a partir de uma fonte via tubo (22) e são entregues na passagem de entrega de rebite (12) por uma passagem de fornecimento de rebite (20). A cabeça do rebite (17) é engatada pelas esferas acionadas por mola (60) para prender o rebite (17) em alinhamento com a passagem de entrega de rebite (12) e uma punção (16). Quando a chave limitadora (30) detecta a presença do rebite (17) na passagem de entrega rebite (12), a punção (16) é avançada e o rebite (17) é apoiado, de maneira liberativa, pelas esferas (60) e esferas secundárias (60A), à medida que ele avança na direção das peças de trabalho a serem unidas.
