Abstract

Patente de Ivenção "PROCESSO DE FABRICAçÃO DE UM PISTÃO, E, PISTÃO". Um pistão (10) contendo uma cavidade (16) é fabricado através da formação de uma caixa (20, 50, 70, 80). O interior da caixa define uma cavidade (16). A caixa é montada em uma cavidade de matriz (26) e o pistão é fundido em torno da caixa, A CAIXA é dotada de projeções (22c; 24c; 52;58; 73) que penetram em rebaixos na parede de cavidade da matriz e sustentam a caixa. Após a remoção do pistão da cavidade da matrizm, as projeções são removidas por intermédio de usinagem.
