Abstract

A resistência do tecido de uma dada planta a um inibidor da aceto lactato sintase é identificada por: a) combinar em um meio aquoso uma amostra do tecido vegetal, o inibidor da aceto lactato sintase e um inibidor da ceto ácido reductoisomerase; b) esperar por um período de tempo que se acumule o aceto lactato; c) romper as células; d) acidificar a mistura para a conversão de qualquer aceto lactato ali acumulado à acetoína; e e) detectar por um método colorimétrico a presença da acetoína na mistura.
