Composição à base de formiato de celulose, suscetível de produzir fibras ou películas, comportando como solvente um ou mais compostos escolhidos no grupo constituído pelos alquilsulfóxidos, as lactamas, as amidas acíclicas, os derivados cíclicos da uréia. Processo para obter essas fibras e essas películas. Fibra em celulose regenerada cujo grau de substituição em grupos formiato é inferior a 3%. Essa fibra pode ser utilizada para aplicações têxteis ou para reforçar envoltórios de pneumáticos.
