Aparelho para monitorar ampliações de ácido nucléico múltiplas simultaneamente. A fim de prover a monitoração em tempo real do produto de ampliação de ampliações de ácido nucléico múltiplas simultaneamente, o aparelho é caracterizado em que ele compreende um ciclador térmico (12) incluindo um elemento condutor de calor tendo recessos múltiplos formados no mesmo; e um sensor (16a) disposto para detectar luz emitida dos referidos recessos, simultaneamente.
