Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se a aperfeiçoamento desenvolvido em batedor manual de clara e gema de ovos em neve. A invenção compreende um batedor que é composto por um corpo (1), em cujo topo está encaixada uma tampa (2) com um furo central (4). Um êmbolo (3) está mancalizado ao furo central (4) e é formado por uma haste cilíndrica (5), em cuja extremidade inferior estão montados dois discos (6) perfurados (7) e afastados entre si.
