Abstract

Trata-se de um protetor envolvente tipo cinta, para ser colocado em árvores e arbustos, no formato de um tronco de cone, para a proteção contra o ataque de formigas-cortadeiras, outros insetos e demais pragas. O protetor é uma peça cônica, envolvente, dotado de sistema simples de fivela com estágios de engate e regulagem ou sistema de orifícios com pinos para ajuste, com duas abas internas, delimitando uma região de contenção da graxa aplicada e outra região próxima ao tronco da árvore que fica livre de graxa.
