Moedas e medalhas são fornecidas compreendendo um anel tendo uma abertura interna e uma inserção disposta dentro da abertura, a inserção compreendendo um campo de entalhe com material do anel plasticamente deformado, o anel tendo uma espessura inicial que é maior do que a espessura inicial da inserção, desse modo fornecendo uma deformação plástica do material do anel em direção à inserção para conexão do anel com a inserção.
