Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE PEÇAS MOLDADAS A PARTIR DE ESPUMA INTEGRAL DE POLIURETANO (PUR) FLEXÍVEL". Em um processo para a preparação de peças moldadas a partir de espuma integral de PUR flexível, por espumação em um molde, por meio de poliadição de um poliol com um isocianato, em presença de água, para a formação de uma camada externa tenaz fechada da peça moldada, são introduzidos, no poliol, 40 até 60% em volume de ar, 0,05 até 2,5% em peso de água e 0,25 até 2,0% em peso de um hidrocarboneto C~ 1~ até C~ 6~.
