Mais especificamente, a invenção trata de um terminal para (topo de) receptor para emprego com um sistema de distribuição de programas com seleção por menu de programas. Na presente invenção são descritos diversos processos de exibição de programas e de menus, bem como um sistema para acessar graficamente programação televisiva.
