Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "REAPROVEITAMENTO DE AREIAS DE FUNDIÇÃO LIGADOS COM RESINA FENÓLICA CURADA POR ÉSTER" . A areia ligada por resina fenólica curada por éster, reaproveitada por atrito, é submetida a tratamento térmico antes de re-uso. Antes do tratamento térmico, no entanto, a areia reaproveitada por atrito é colocado em contato com um aditivo que converte compostos de potássio em uma forma tendo um ponto de fusão de pelo menos 550°C e o tratamento térmico é efetuado a uma temperatura abaixo da em que o composto de potássio resultante se funde.
