Um aparelho (10) para guiar uma bóia de carga/descarga (2), especialmente durante o seu içamento para o interior de uma câmara receptora 93) no fundo de um navio. O aparelho possui elementos guias (41) sobre um cilindro-guia (11) que é deslocável na direção longitudinal durante a monitoração por dispositivos monitores (32) e durante a estabilização lateral de maneira a levar os elementos guias a terem uma relação mais estreita com a bóia (2).
