Abstract

"VASO CATALÍTICO". Um vaso catalítico (14) incluindo um conduíte de entrada (10) em uma extremidade à montante (12), uma pluralidade de câmaras catalíticas (16,18,20) localizadas à jusante do conduíte (10), onde pelo menos duas câmaras (16,18,20) estão conectadas por uma placa (24,26) tendo um ou mais orifícios ali para permitir fluxo de gás através da primeira câmara (16) para a segunda câmara (18) para a terceira câmara (20), e onde pelo menos uma superfície nas câmaras (16,18,20) está adaptada para deposição de um metal selecionado do grupo consistindo em platina, ródio e rênio, e uma saída (32) em sua extremidade à jusante.
