Abstract
Patente de Invenção "PROCESSO DE ALVEJAMENTO DE POLPA DE SULFATO". Um processo de alvejamento de polpa de sulfato sem o uso de agentes alvejantes que contêm cloro. A polpa de sulfato é deslignificada por oxigênio e pode possivelmente também ser deslignificada por ozônio até um número kappa abaixo de 9,5. Depois disso é realizado um pré-tratamento com agente complexante por 1-60 minutos, em que a consistência da polpa é 1-15%, a temperatura 70-110°C e o pH 5-7. A polpa tratada desse modo é lavada e desidratada até uma consistência de 18-40%. Depois disso ocorre o alvejamento com peróxido em ambiente alcalino na presença de silicato ou de um agente complexante orgânico do tipo ácido fosfônico ou ácido carboxílico.
