A presente invenção, que em apenas um elemento conjuga as funções de bloquear e controlar o uso de aparelhos e/ou equipamentos elétricos, proporciona, assim, um menor consumo de energia. O dito bloqueador é constituído de dispositivo (1), dotado de uma pequena fechadura (4), com chave (10) e trava (3), polos elétricos (6 e 7), fios elétricos (5), haste de sustentação da tomada (2), de orifício (opcional) para apoio da tomada (8) e parafusos para prender a haste (9).
