A presente invenção, que em apenas um elemento conjuga as funções de bloquear e controlar o uso de aparelhos e/ou equipamentos (elétricos ou não), proporciona, assim, um menor consumo de energia. O dito bloqueador é constituído de dispositivo (1) ou (6), dotado de orifício (s) para o encaixe dos pinos ou da tomada (4), com alça (correia) (3), de pequeno cadeado ou fechadura (5) e fixadores da alça (2).
