A invenção refere-se a uma embalagem de abertura fácil destinada a uma barra de um produto alimentar rígido ou semi-rígido, que compreende uma camada dupla, sendo uma das camadas de um material de embalagem que tem um corte (13) adaptado para se dispor substancialmente paralelo a um dos bordos da barra e tendo selada de maneira destacável na sua superfície exterior uma película (14) de cobertura provida de uma pluralidade de linhas de pequenas resistência (15) dispostas em duas fileiras, estando uma fileira de cada um dos lados do referido corte (13) e paralela ao mesmo.
