Abstract
A presente invenção diz respeito a compostos da fórmula (vide fórmula I) na qual R é metila, flúor ou bromo, e seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, para uso como agentes terapeuticamente ativos especialmente para o tratamento de infecções retroviróticas, em particular infecções por HIV. Eles podem ser preparados por um processo por si conhecido, por um processo que compreende a reação da 2-bromo-2'(1H-pirrol-2-il-carbonil)acetanilida, correspondentemente substituída na posição 4' por R, com amônia e ciclização da 2-amino acetanilida obtida com ácido piválico.
