"PROCESSO DE EMPACOTAMENTO À VÁCUO", compreendendo basicamente na introdução de um material de baixo peso e grande volume (10) num saco aberto de filme impermeável (11), o qual deverá ser selado anterior ou posteriormente a criação de vácuo no interior do mesmo, com isto, sendo a pressão externa ao saco (11) muito maior que a pressão interna, provoca-se um drástica redução do volume do material (10) embalado.
