A invenção é uma rede elastomérica bicomponente, extrudada, tendo elasticidade unidirecional. Este produto de rede é um artigo não tecido empregando um material não elástico como polipropileno (10) nos cordões na direção da máquina e um material elástico como um copolímero em bloco estirênico (12) nos cordões da direção de máquina cruzada. A disposição reversa, um produto com uma distribuição de cordões reversa" é também possível.
