Abstract

Um aparelho para revestimento, utilizando ultrason (10', 26', 36', 44', 50', 60') e processo para a aplicação de uma camada lisa de material de revestimento (18) sobre uma superfície de uma tela em movimento (16) são descritos. Um material de revestimento (18) é aplicado sobre a superfície de uma tela (16). Um gerador de energia ultra-sônico (20, 22, 40) excita a linha de contato inicial entre o material de revestimento (18) e a tela (16) com uma intensidade ultra-sônica uniforme selecionada em combinação com as propriedades do material de revestimento (18). A tela revestida (16) possui uma espessura fina e uniforme, no sentido transversal, com pequenas variações de espessura.
