Abstract

Patente de Invenção de um sistema mecânico que permite obter resistência oposta à contração muscular de maneira variável, durante o curso dos exercícios em aparelhos de ginástica. Consiste em alavancas fixadas à um eixo por meio de buchas e chavetas. Os braços potentes determinam com as suas extremidades o curso ideal de movimentos para ativar os músculos, mesmo em exercícios multi-articulares.
