Abstract

Um processo e aparelho de encadernação de livros são mostradosem que adesivo de poliuretano (PUR) liga uma parte de crepe de um aglutinante de livro a um bloco de livro e cola quente liga a parte de crepe à capa de livro. O sistema de distribuição de PUR inclui uma calha inclinada posicionada adjacente a um rolo de distribuição de adesivo de poliuretano. Uma fonte de adesivo de poliuretano distribui adesivo de poliuretano sobre a superfície inclinada da calha e o adesivo de poliuretano é dosado sobre o tambor como uma função da separação da borda guia da calha e tambor.
