Um aparelho para produzir blocos comprimidos de uma mistura de poeira de cinzas inclui um homogeneizador para misturar homogeneamente a mistura de poeira de cinzas com água, uma caixa de prensagem ou moldagem para comprimir a mistura homogeneizada convertendo-a em blocos e um carregador de transferência para transferir a mistura homogeneizada para a caixa de moldagem. O aparelho pode ser controlado para operar automaticamente e elementos postiços da caixa de moldagem e placas frontais de compressão podem ser permutados para proporcionar tamanhos e formas alternativas de blocos.
