Abstract
O presente pedido refere-se a uma bucha cujo tubo externo é de aço revestido de alumínio formado por repuxamento ou estiramento, de preferência pelo progressivo estiramento de material de aço revestido de alumínio laminado, plano. O progressivo estiramento é efetuado de maneira que esfoliação e descamação do revestimento de alumínio sejam evitados. Uma camada de fosfato e/ou cromato pode ser depositada sobre o alumínio para aumentar a aderência mecânica e adesiva do tubo externo. O alumínio inibe ou previne a corrosão galvânica do aço. O presente pedido inclui etapas de processo para produzir a bucha supra descrita.
