Patente de invenção dando destino seguro aos lixos perigosos (não incluídos os Radiativos) e os mesmos são triturados e misturados a um aglomerante de baixo custo, que é Cimento e Gesso e de solidificação rápida, ao ser molhada a mistura forma-se bloco com suficiente dureza para conter dentro de um bloco de cimento furado o lixo que foi previamente compactado. Resolvendo assim dois grandes problemas nacionais dando destino seguro ao lixo perigoso, e uma interminável oferta de blocos de cimento para todo tipo de construções de casas populares.
