A presente invenção visa solucionar os problemas decorrentes do uso de aditivos genéricos de correção para farinhas oriundas de trigo mole através da simultânea industrialização do aditivo por ocasião da moagem de maneira a se obter o aditivo ideal para aquela farinha que está sendo processada naquele momento, com a conseqúente comercialização conjunta do aditivo e da farinha.
