Descreve-se um atuador acionado po um fluído, insuflado em uma câmara elástica, posicionada em um cilindro, que força a movimentação angular de um eixo, produzindo uma rotação transmitida a uma peça ou equipamento ao qual está acoplado, podendo o retorno à posição inicial efetuar-se pelo insuflamento de uma segunda câmara disposta no mesmo cilindro, ou por meio de mola.
