Eixo Direcional Auto-Alinhável, constituído por uma viga de eixo (1) posicionada à frente da linha de centro das rodas (2), e que contém as ponteiras do eixo articuladas (3) unidas entre si pela barra de ligação (4), de tal forma que quando as rodas articulam, auto alinhando-se às curvas da estrada, a câmara de freio (5) e seu suporte (4) movimentam-se livremente no espaço antes utilizado pela viga do eixo (1).
