Abstract
Bombas centrífugas sofrem o desgaste da vedação anular (1) entre o impulsor (2) e o invólucro ou camisa lateral (3), devido ao fluxo de retorno do fluido de reingresso (9). A presente invenção diminui este problema pelo fato de ter a folga da vedação anular (10, 11) pelo menos adjacentes à entrada (6) do impulsor (2) inclinando, na direção do fluxo de fluido principal (7) para dentro da entrada (6) do impulsor, em um ângulo de entre 0 ° 60° em relação ao eixo de rotação do impulsor (2).
