Abstract

Dormente metalico fundido (1). Ele compreende uma peça metálica fundida, constituída de extremidades curvas fundidas (2) eliminando o atual processo de prensagem, e acrescentando ainda, nervuras de reforço (3) que dão maior resistência mecânica a peça, superfície interna corrugada (4) para melhor acomodação do dormente sobre a brita, placas de fixação do trilho (5) obtidas no processo de fundição eliminando a atual soldagem, podendo ter ainda furos orifícios, ressaltos e encaixes para uso específico, utilizado para apoio e fixação dos trilhos de vias férreas, tanto de bitola métrica, larga ou mista.
