Abstract
Descreve-se um processo e aparelho para o tratamento de gases e/ou material sólido em um reator de leito fluidificado circulante, que é provido de uma câmara de mistura (12) para introduzir gases dentro de material sólido particulado e misturá-los com o mesmo, um coletor ascendente de gás (14) para conduzir a suspensão de gás proveniente da câmara de mistura para o interior de um separador de partículas (16) e um duto (18) para fazer retornar o material sólido separado para dentro da câmara de mistura. O coletor ascendente de gás é provido de superfícies de transferência de calor (52, 54) para refrigerar a suspensão de gás. O tempo de ração do material sólido é prolongado no reator pela disposição do coletor ascendente de gás com pelo menos uma seção de alargamento (36, 38) onde a proporção de escoamento da suspensão de gás decresce.
