Abstract
Um novo xampu livre de enxágúe ("rinse-free") foi desenvolvido. O xampu inclui um absorvente biodegradável formado por uma carboximetilcelulose reticulada que permite um teor de água mais elevado que xampus convencionais. Os sabões usados no xampu para proporcionar a ação de limpeza são de preferência derivados do ácido láurico, inclusive derivados de amônio. O xampu deixa menos resíduo que xampus livres de enxágúe convencionais.
