Patente de Invenção "COMPOSIÇÃO SINÉRGICA AUXILIAR DE FERMENTAÇÃO E BACTERIOSTÁTICA PARA APLICAÇÃO NO PROCESSO DE FERMENTAÇÃO ALCOÓLICA E PROCESSO DE FERMENTAÇÃO ALCOÓLICA", compreendendo um agente anti-microbiano a partir de um sal duplo metálico (cobre-8-quinolinolato-salicilato) e um composto arila (DDBSA) possuindo um substituinte oleófilo (hidrocarboneto parafínico de fórmula genérica C~ n~H~ 2n+1~) e um substituinte hidrófilo (grupo sulfo); sendo que a composição é utilizada tanto como auxiliar de fermentação quanto como bacteriostático.
