Abstract
Uma lâmina (14) para uso em um aparelho de barbear (10) é fabricada dispondo-se um bloco de material cerâmico cru ou não-curado (16). O bloco (16) é na forma de uma estrutura alveolar tendo nela formada um série de células (18) substancialmente paralelas e uma porção P é cortada e removida do bloco (16), formando na porção pelo menos uma superfície que atravessa as células paralelas segundo um ângulo. A porção P é curada e a superfície é retificada e polida para proporcionar uma série de gumes cortantes (18).
