Abstract
Trata-se de um sistema de injeção de gases redutores em altos fornos proporcionando considerável redução no consumo de redutores sólidos (coque e carvão vegetal). O gás redutor é transportado em tubulação de aço carbono. O sistema é composto de válvula controladora de pressão (1), válvula de segurança (2), placa de orifício (3), anel de distribuição (4). Cada conjunto máximo de 10 ventaneiras possui um manifold (5) de onde saem linhas individuais de alimentação para as ventaneiras. Cada linha individual contempla placa de orifício (6), válvula controladora de vazão (7), mangueira flexível (8), válvula de retenção (9) e lança de injeção.
