Abstract
Descreve-se um protetor para árvores em vias públicas (10, 10'), de configuração adequada, por exemplo, cílindrica ou paralelepipédica, constituído por uma grade (11, 12) de malha preferentemente quadrada delimitada por um anel superior (13) e um anel inferior (14) e dotado de hastes verticais inferiores (15) que definem sapatas (16) dobradas para fora, as referidas hastes verticais (15) destinando-se a permitir a fixação e chumbamento do protetor (10, 10') com o anel inferior (14) disposto uma certa distância acima do nível do solo (18). O protetor inclui, situadas na parte superior, placas (19, 19') convenientemente dispostas, adequadas para receberem frases informativas e/ou promocionais.
