Patente de invenção de uma caneta esferográfica que possui um alojamento em seu interior onde se encaixa perfeitamente um carimbo e uma almofada onde na superfície inferior do carimbo se adapta uma borracha especial onde na mesma é gravado os dados pessoais do usuário. O sistema para utilização do carimbo é realizada pela proópria tampa da caneta que se adapta através de seu diâmetro interno ao estampo existente na superfície superior do carimbo.
