Refere-se a presente invenção a uma estrutura reticulada (50) com base alargada para suporte de plataforma offshore compreendendo quatro pernas principais (52) paralelas nas regiões inferior (A) e intermediária (C), inclinadas na região de transição (C) e convergentes na região superior (D) de onde se projetam trechos verticais paralelos (54), formando-se inferiormente uma base alargada (60) que é fixada ao solo marinho através de estacas ou grupos de estacas (62) verticais solidárias à extremidade inferior das referidas pernas principais (52), as faces laterais da estrutura (50) tendo conformações convergentes a medida que ascendem para o topo.
