Abstract

A presente invenção se refere a um conjunto de endoprótese femoral e joelho articulados e suas variantes, especialmente adequados para substituir todo o fêmur até o terço médio da tíbia, bi-articuladamanete. A endoprótese desenvolvida é confeccionada em titânio e revestida com hidroxiapatita por "plasma spray", compreendendo uma haste intramedular femoral (1) superior com um componente distal femoral (2), o qual é provido de eixo (3) onde se articula um platô tibial (4), do qual se projeta para baixo uma haste intratibial (5), sendo ainda dita endoprótese dotada de patela (6) articulada.
